Casting Workshop the Casting Workshop has equipped with two continuous casting lines, each including melting furnace,static furnace,degassing box and continuous caster,The Company has also introduced a 24-channel direct read spectro meter from German SPECTROLAB GMBH which can accurately measure the content of different chemical elements in the aluminium alloy within one minute,realizing the effective control of chemical composition before being put into the furnace.The casting workshop can produce casting aluminium rolls with max.Width of 1320mm and thickness of 6-8mm. 　　Cold Rolling Workshop Cold rolling workshop has equipped with one cold rolling mill introduced from PITTSBURGH,USA.,one STAMCO slitter,two cut-to-length machines, one high precision roll grinding machine and one 18-ton annealing furnace,it can produce various high quality aluminium plates and strips with a width less than 1250mm.Cold rolling workshop supply high quality aluminium plates and strips for consumers as well as supply foil stock for aluminium foil workshop. 　　 Aluminum foil Workshop Aulminum, foil workshop has equipped with one aluminum foil universal rolling mill,one slitter,two sheers for thick foil,one roll grinding machine and four annealing furnaces.The 4-roll irreversible universal rolling mill imported from Italian MINO S.P.A,equipped with the most advanced AGC automatic control system at the moment and the X-ray thickness gauge from US MEASUREX INC.,can produce high quality super-thin aluminum foils with a thickness of 0.006mm through the control of tension AGC,speed AGC,and pressure AGC.The high precision roll grinding machine imported from German HERKULES GMBH,equipped with the use of universal rolling mill,ensures high stability and reliability of product quality.Aluminum Foil Workshop may supply different sized aluminum foil rolls with thickness of 0.006-0.2mm and width of 40-1070mm. The workshop has advanced equipment and technology,producing reliable quality products which can compare with the imported products of the same kind. 　　 　 　 　　Coating Workshop The Coating Workshop has equipped with two aluminum foil coating machines,mainly producing hydrophilic and hydrophobic coated foil. The hydrophilic coated foil for air conditioner reaches international advanced level and holds a leading position among the same trade in China.
